Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Night Nanny for Pets website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

The Service

The Night Nanny for Pets is a premium overnight in-home pet sitting service. We connect pet owners with vetted, professional Night Nannies for overnight care in the pet owner's home.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon payment authorization
• Payment is captured upon completion of the service
• All prices are in US dollars and are all-inclusive
• No per-pet surcharges apply
• Holiday bookings may be subject to a 1.25x rate multiplier
• Cancellation policies will be communicated at booking confirmation

Pet Owner Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your pets
• Disclose all medical conditions, medications, and behavioral issues
• Provide a safe and suitable home environment
• Maintain current veterinary records for your pets
• Authorize emergency veterinary care as specified in your booking

Night Nanny Standards

All Night Nannies are independently vetted professionals. While we require background checks, certifications, and references, Night Nannies are not employees of The Night Nanny for Pets. They are independent professionals engaged to provide pet care services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Night Nanny for Pets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Emergency Authorization

By completing a booking, you authorize your assigned Night Nanny to seek emergency veterinary care for your pet(s) in the event of a medical emergency during the booking period.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
